Bench sun, canyon grit

Height gives you the view and the UV load that comes with it. Below the bench, Corner Canyon puts fine grit on the cars parked closest to it. Different problems, and a coating happens to be a reasonable answer to both.

SunCrest and the Traverse Ridge benches sit well above the valley floor, and every few hundred feet of that costs you in ultraviolet. A car parked on the bench takes measurably more UV than the same car parked in Murray, and it shows first in flattened clear coat and grayed trim.
